Idea: Method of Improving Current 'Fuel Injector' in Vehicles

Current fuel injector uses atomizing nozzle and high fluid pressure to provide heterogeneous air/fuel mixture for the ICE.
This technology is kinda outdated.

Here's what I mean:

Abviously, the image shown above is the comparison between clogged fuel injector and the cleaned one.
(Well, that's the only image which first popup'ed in Google search engine. Lol!)

We all heard that liquid fuel doesn't burn, only vapor does. Besides, the vapor also need to be homogeneous with air to achive complete combustion. Current design achive this by providing addition swirl for the intake charge.

Latest design utilising micro-sized nozzle with high pressure to further atomizing the liquid fuel.
That's a great improvement. Yet, this isn't good enough. Here, I would like to suggest another further improvement to the existing technology.

The Idea
I'm thinking to utilize high voltage to make the air/fuel charge more combustable.
The effect is called 'electrospinning'. Use the keyword in Google SE for complete details.
The working mechanism is simple. Just add HV field to the injector to spread the liquid even further.

Here's the effect in action:

As you can see, the working fluid is atomized without and atomizing nozzle! You also may noticed that the 'plume' is spinning too. Just imagine what would happen to the injected fuel. Other than perfecting the atomizing process, it also helps to provide more homogeneous charge for the combustion chamber. This is done by ionizing the air and the fuel independently.
The idea haven't tested yet, it's still a theory. I would like to try the concept soon after I have some time in my hand.

Looking forward for y'all opinions!
