Idea: Method of Providing Homogeneous Air/Fuel Charge for Internal Combustion Engine

Fuel needs oxidizer to combust properly, unfortunately, most of the combustion process today runs in insufficient oxidizer environment. Which in our case, the internal combustion engine.
There are also some big companies claiming they achieved 'lean-burn' condition in their engine, but, most of them failed to provide homogeneous air/fuel charge. They utilized the intake-swirling mechanism in order to mix the air/fuel charge. But, the design failed because the time interval for the gas mixtures to mix is way too short.

 Here's the system in action:

As you noticed, the gases is being mix inside the combustion chamber. Picture the engine running at high speed, obviously, the gasses have no time to mix properly.

There are some commercial devices claim to improve the turbulence of the intake air. These devices are popularly called as the vortex/cyclone/tornado/swirl/surbo/turbonator and so on.
There plenty of them online, search for it...

The device comes in two versions, solid-state and movable.
Here's some pictures:

These devices works in my experience, at least. But, I would like to further improve the idea.

The Idea
I recently wondered, how on earth did the chemical industry mix two different fluids. After make some research, I found out that they used the device called as 'static mixer'.
The device is ingeneously simple! As the name implied, it have no moving parts to mix various different fluid.

Here's some picture of it:

Here's the mixer in action:

In the video, you can see how the mixer mix two different kind of fluids. According to my theory, if the device being used to mix the fuel soon after it being injected with air, it will provide more homogeneous charge for the engine. Thus, enhancing the combustion process.
This will of corse causing an engine fitted with a new kind of intake manifold.
Due to limited funding, my experiment is greatly postpone. So, as the result, the idea is also, haven't being tested.

As usual, please feel free to leave y'all opinions!!

Idea: Method of Improving Current 'Fuel Injector' in Vehicles

Current fuel injector uses atomizing nozzle and high fluid pressure to provide heterogeneous air/fuel mixture for the ICE.
This technology is kinda outdated.

Here's what I mean:

Abviously, the image shown above is the comparison between clogged fuel injector and the cleaned one.
(Well, that's the only image which first popup'ed in Google search engine. Lol!)

We all heard that liquid fuel doesn't burn, only vapor does. Besides, the vapor also need to be homogeneous with air to achive complete combustion. Current design achive this by providing addition swirl for the intake charge.

Latest design utilising micro-sized nozzle with high pressure to further atomizing the liquid fuel.
That's a great improvement. Yet, this isn't good enough. Here, I would like to suggest another further improvement to the existing technology.

The Idea
I'm thinking to utilize high voltage to make the air/fuel charge more combustable.
The effect is called 'electrospinning'. Use the keyword in Google SE for complete details.
The working mechanism is simple. Just add HV field to the injector to spread the liquid even further.

Extracted from Wikipedia:

Here's the effect in action:

As you can see, the working fluid is atomized without and atomizing nozzle! You also may noticed that the 'plume' is spinning too. Just imagine what would happen to the injected fuel. Other than perfecting the atomizing process, it also helps to provide more homogeneous charge for the combustion chamber. This is done by ionizing the air and the fuel independently.
The idea haven't tested yet, it's still a theory. I would like to try the concept soon after I have some time in my hand.

Looking forward for y'all opinions!
